About Daejeon Station

Situated 166.6 km (103 miles) south of Seoul station, Daejeon station is among the most significant transportation hubs in the region connecting Daejeon to such destinations as Busan, Seoul, Daegu, and Ulsan.


As a part of the Gyeongbu line, in addition to regular and express trains, this railway joint also serves KTX high-speed trains. These modern trains can reach a speed of 350 kph (217 mph)!
